Members of the public are invited to sign a book of condolence honouring the memory of Nelson Mandela. The book will be located at the Embassy of the Republic of South Africa, 4th Floor, Hanzomon First Building, 1-4 Kojimachi, Chiyoda-Ku, Tokyo.
The book will be open on the following dates:
• 9, 10, 12, 13 December: 10h00-12h00 and from 14h00-16h00
• 11 December: A condolence book will be open at the UNU for signing immediately after the memorial service.
A Memorial Service will he held on Wednesday, 11 December 2013 from 12:30-14:30 at the United Nations University (UNU).

追悼帳とお別れの会について
- 追悼帳の記帳は、駐日南アフリカ共和国大使館にて２０１３年１２月９日（月）と１２月１０日（火）の二日間、午前１０時から正午までと、１４時から１６時の間受け付けます。
- お別れの会は、国連大学（東京都渋谷区神宮前５－５３－７０）のウ・タント・ホール（U-Thant Hall）にて、１２月１１日（水）１２時３０分から１４時まで行います。追悼帳への記帳はお別れの会の後に国連大学でも受付けます。
